2. Personal Information We Collect

The Company collects the following categories of personal information.

Buyer information (including information obtained through marketplaces such as eBay and Etsy and their APIs)

• Name
• Shipping address, country/region
• Email address
• Phone number (where provided)
• Order details, transaction IDs, and purchase/transaction history

Payment-related information

• Transaction and settlement information processed through marketplaces or payment providers such as Payoneer
• Raw payment data such as credit card numbers is processed by the marketplaces and payment providers and is not retained by the Company.

Website visitor information

• Cookies, access logs, IP addresses, and browsing/usage information

3. Purposes of Use

The Company uses the personal information it collects for the following purposes:

• Shipping of products, international delivery, and customs clearance procedures
• Communications regarding orders and shipping, and customer support
• Handling returns, exchanges, warranties, and damage claims
• Accounting and billing, and fulfilling statutory record-retention obligations under tax and other laws
• Preventing fraudulent transactions and impersonation
• Maintaining and improving the quality of our services
• Only with your individual consent, providing information about new products, campaigns, and similar

4. Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing

To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, the Company may provide personal information to, or entrust the handling of personal information to, the following third parties:

• Shipping carriers: Japan Post (EMS/international mail), FedEx and other carriers, and the customs brokers and import authorities of the destination country
• Payment providers: Payoneer and, where applicable, Stripe and others
• Sales platforms: eBay and Etsy (for concluding transactions and managing orders)
• Cloud/system infrastructure providers and accounting, tax, and other professional advisors
• Investigative authorities, courts, and other public bodies where disclosure is required by law

Other than the above, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the individual’s prior consent, except where permitted by law.

5. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information

In the Company’s cross-border e-commerce business, personal information is transferred across national borders as follows:

• In connection with the shipping of products, personal information is transferred to the country/region where the buyer is located for the purposes of delivery and customs clearance.
• Personal information about buyers is obtained and transferred from outside Japan through the APIs of marketplaces such as eBay (United States) and Etsy (United States and Ireland).

Each recipient handles personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Where necessary, the Company implements appropriate safeguards such as entering into standard contractual clauses. Where personal information of buyers in the EU is transferred outside the EU, the Company does so on a lawful basis for transfer as prescribed by the GDPR.

6. Retention Period

The Company retains personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use. However, where there is a statutory retention obligation (for example, books and transaction-related documents must in principle be retained for 7 years under tax law), the information is retained for that period. Personal information that is no longer needed is deleted or disposed of appropriately and promptly.

To prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Company implements technical and organizational security measures such as access controls, encryption of data in transit and at rest, minimization of access privileges, and log management. The Company also provides necessary and appropriate supervision of employees and contractors who handle personal information.

• Rights under the APPI: to request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion, suspension of use/erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties
• Buyers in the EU (GDPR): the rights of access, rectification, erasure (the “right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
• Buyers in California (CCPA/CPRA): to request disclosure and deletion of collected personal information, and to opt out of the “sale or sharing” of personal information (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information)

The Company’s website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve usability and to analyze access. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some functions may then become unavailable.

10. Third-Party App Access (eBay)

Buyers and users who transact through eBay may revoke their consent to data access by the Company’s application at any time via “Third-party app access” in their eBay account settings. The Company handles buyer data obtained through marketplace APIs only within the scope of the purposes set out in this Policy.
